The chip-type liquid-cooled dummy load is a specialized device for simulating the thermal environment and related characteristics of AI computing server GPU boards, such as NVIDIA GB200 and GB300. It is designed to provide a precise simulation environment for AI server cooling research, thermal management system design, and testing. The product mainly consists of TTV, cold plates, power regulation modules, temperature sensors, inlet/outlet pressure sensors, loop flow sensors, leak detection sensors, auxiliary power supply, and display/control/communication components.
